Commericial Building Energy Ratings/Audits

Energy Ratings are carried out by fully qualified, SEI approved personnel.

An energy rating is required for any commercial property on the open market for sale or lease including blocks/sections of commercial property. Letter of engagement required prior to building survey which includes:

• Time Scale
• Agreed Fee arrangement
• Copy of Professional Indemnity
• Type of audit required
